Michael Meringer and I went out for a pint last night in search of a venue for Tuesday Night Tying! We are calling it "Let's Tye one On" Our first stop was at the new 7 Seas, and we were disappointed to find it much smaller than the original and it was so loud in there I had to turn my hearing aids off.

After a few more stops we said Hey, what about Finholms. They have a perfect raised area they are going to reserve for our group every Tuesday night. I am thinking 6PM in case we might have a bloke or two that is still punching a clock. So, we are on for next Tuesday at 6 PM at Finholms in Gig Harbor. For those who do not know it is across from Anthony's, which is where you can park if Finholms parking lot is full.

As for the theme of next week's tying event it is going to be open mike if you will, come tie your favorite fly. I would like to discuss then as to the possibilities for the future.
