Lithium battery, baby!
Just bought a LifePo deep cycle 12 volt 100 ah battery for my trolling motor. Besides being 20 lbs lighter, it has a 50% longer run time than my Optima blue top deep cycle which is only 65 ah. I always hated carrying that Optima around. This will be a game changer for me - once I can fish again.

Watched some videos about the batteries. They look like a good performing, low priced battery. That low weight is nice for hauling in and out of a boat. Thanks for the info.
