Leech Lake opening
In case you missed it, the gate was still closed and blocked today (5/31) at 5:30.
I'm going to try to call the Naches Ranger District on Monday morning before work to find out when they plan on opening the campground. WDFW can't stock until after it's open.
The number is (509) 653-1401 in case I can't reach them.
Dog Lake WAS stocked with about 4000 small stockers. There may be some holdovers there, too.

No answer at Naches, other than the canned info, at 8:30 AM.
Okanogan-Wenatchee says all campgrounds are open, but...
The last posted info regarding Leech Lake was that it was closing for the season 10/30/2023.
I guess someone will have to drive up again and find out. There's always Dog Lake.
Can't count on the WDFW stocking report, either. They're usually late.
