Hello Members! Please join me this Sunday to fish Lake Tahuya in Kitsap County! 10 AM to 1 PM?.

This lake only has had public access since November of 2023 (land was purchased by WDFW in 1969??)

Anyways this 150 acre lake was just stocked with 200 cutthroat (1-7.2025), and it has been noted bass are also present. It is a pretty shallow lake (14 feet at the most). Hand launch, there is a restroom and some parking (8 regular spaces). I checked it out last January (frozen at that time!) However, I went back in the spring caught a few trout. Below is the link for directions. There is no shoreline, so a floatation device is required to access the lake.
